225 ml water

2 tbsp granulated sugar

4 tbsp oil

1 tsp salt

400 g plain flour

1 tsp yeast (fast-action dried yeast)

Put ingredients into bread machine tin in order.

Use the ‘Basic’ setting (1) with a light crust and ‘1.5 Lb’ weight.
