Bread Machine Pizza Dough

3 pizzas. I used 100g wholemeal, 300g white and also added garlic granules. Bake with toppings at 200°C fan.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml water

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • 450 g strong flour

  • 1 tsp yeast (fast-action dried yeast)

Directions

  • Put ingredients into bread machine tin in order.

  • Use the ‘Fermented Dough’ setting (1h 30).

  • When done, roll out into 2~3 pizza bases.
