Bread Machine Pizza Dough
3 pizzas. I used 100g wholemeal, 300g white and also added garlic granules. Bake with toppings at 200°C fan.
Ingredients
250 ml water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
450 g strong flour
1 tsp yeast (fast-action dried yeast)
Directions
Put ingredients into bread machine tin in order.
Use the ‘Fermented Dough’ setting (1h 30).
When done, roll out into 2~3 pizza bases.
