Breadmaker Softies

Ingredients

  • 320 ml water

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp granulated sugar

  • 25 g olive oil

  • 550 g plain flour

  • 1 tsp yeast (fast-action dried yeast)

Directions

  • Put ingredients into bread machine tin in order.

  • Use setting 10 (1h30 fermented dough).

  • Preheat oven to 200°C fan.

  • Grease flat baking sheet.

  • Squish into baps/rolls/softies.

  • Bake for 15 minutes.
