Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
150 g butter
120 g light brown sugar
125 g self-raising flour
30 g cocoa powder
3 eggs
chocolate custard from other recipe, to top
Directions
Preheat your oven to 180C/160C Fan. Grease rectangular traybake tray.
Beat together your butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add in the flour, cocoa powder and eggs, and beat again until combined.
Bake in oven for about 20~28 min, avoid opening too soon, use skewer to check (but quickly).
Once baked, pour over the chocolate custard and allow to cool.
