Coconut Cake
Ingredients
80 g butter
225 g self-raising flour
40 g coconut sugar
40 g granulated sugar
100 g desiccated coconut
2 eggs
4 tbsp milk +
Directions
Melt butter.
Add eggs, sugar, milk.
Add flour and coconut.
Add more milk if necessary.
Bake 160°C / 140°C fan for 45 mins.
