Coconut Cake

Ingredients

  • 80 g butter

  • 225 g self-raising flour

  • 40 g coconut sugar

  • 40 g granulated sugar

  • 100 g desiccated coconut

  • 2 eggs

  • 4 tbsp milk +

Directions

  • Melt butter.

  • Add eggs, sugar, milk.

  • Add flour and coconut.

  • Add more milk if necessary.

  • Bake 160°C / 140°C fan for 45 mins.
