Flapjack

Not perfect.

For chocolate water ganache, melt choc 6:1 with water (by mass) and stir constantly.

Ingredients

  • 400 g oats

  • 120 g butter

  • 6 tsp golden syrup (100g iirc)

  • 6 tbsp milk

Directions

  • Heat oven 150°C fan

  • Melt butter and golden syrup in pan

  • Stir in milk

  • Mix oats until firmly coated

  • Line dish (glass rectangle) with baking parchment

  • Press firmly into the tin

  • Bake 18 to 22 min
