Flapjack
Not perfect.
For chocolate water ganache, melt choc 6:1 with water (by mass) and stir constantly.
Ingredients
400 g oats
120 g butter
6 tsp golden syrup (100g iirc)
6 tbsp milk
Directions
Heat oven 150°C fan
Melt butter and golden syrup in pan
Stir in milk
Mix oats until firmly coated
Line dish (glass rectangle) with baking parchment
Press firmly into the tin
Bake 18 to 22 min
