Angry Gingerbread Christmas Trees
Glaze with cinnamon icing to form the appropriate shape.
Ingredients
350 g plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
100 g butter
75 g light brown sugar
1 egg
Directions
Mix in bowl to form dough.
Roll out and cut out shapes.
Cook in oven at 180°C/160°C fan. 12 minutes.
