Angry Gingerbread Christmas Trees

Glaze with cinnamon icing to form the appropriate shape.

Ingredients

  • 350 g plain flour

  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

  • 2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 100 g butter

  • 75 g light brown sugar

  • 1 egg

Directions

  • Mix in bowl to form dough.

  • Roll out and cut out shapes.

  • Cook in oven at 180°C/160°C fan. 12 minutes.
