Pasta [EXPERIMENTAL]

Ingredients

  • 250 g strong flour

  • 250 g plain flour

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 6 eggs | beaten (300 g by egg content mass!)

  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Put flour into stand mixer bowl.

  • Make well and add the eggs, salt and olive oil.

  • Use stand mixer (dough kneading hook) for knead for 10 minutes.

  • Dough should still be firm. Add some flour if the dough is sticky.

  • Put dough in airtight container or film and rest for 30 minutes on the side. (Not the fridge)

  • Cut dough into quarters and roll out using pasta roller.

  • For fettucine: gradually work to number 6, then use fettucine cutters.
