Pasta [EXPERIMENTAL]

Ingredients
250 g strong flour
250 g plain flour
1 tbsp olive oil
6 eggs | beaten (300 g by egg content mass!)
1 tsp salt
Directions
Put flour into stand mixer bowl.
Make well and add the eggs, salt and olive oil.
Use stand mixer (dough kneading hook) for knead for 10 minutes.
Dough should still be firm. Add some flour if the dough is sticky.
Put dough in airtight container or film and rest for 30 minutes on the side. (Not the fridge)
Cut dough into quarters and roll out using pasta roller.
For fettucine: gradually work to number 6, then use fettucine cutters.
