Shortcrust Pastry

Ingredients

  • 350 g plain flour

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 170 g butter

  • 6 tbsp water

Directions

  • Chop butter into cubes and put into choppy-choppy with dough blade.

  • Add flour.

  • Pulse until looks breadcrumby.

  • Add water gradually whilst spinning on low until the dough ball comes together.
