120 ml apple cider vinegar

60 ml water

60 ml soy sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar

2 tsp wholegrain mustard

1 tsp garlic granules

0.5 tsp ground cinnamon

ground black pepper

Mix together.

Bring to boil in saucepan; cook for a few minutes or until it feels right.
